How to Change Current Spot or Teacher

New Student Registration:

    * Please complete all 4 steps below:

  1.  For Private lessons: Email the office to get matched with the teacher and find out about available spots
     For Group Classes: Choose the class from NMA schedule and email the office to check for available spots. *Spots are booked on first come first served basis
  2. Fill out online form #1
  3. Print out registration forms from our website:
  4. Pay by Zelle or by Check:
    • By Check: Mail completed forms with the check made to Newton Music Academy to: 14 Roland St., Newton, MA 02461 *The mailing address is different from your class location  Do not leave your registration at the school. We do not monitor the mailbox at Wexford location.
    • By Zelle: send payment to nma@newtonmusicacademy.com and email us to confirm the receipt.

Returning Student Registration:

Priority Registration is offered for current students who would like to keep their spot for next session. Teachers will not be able to set aside time slots for current students after the deadline. There are no refunds for lessons booked through priority registration.

Fall Session Registration: 

  1. Fill out on line form #1
  2. Print forms 2 and 9 (liability waiver) from our website
    ** We offer Payment Plan option. To use Payment Plan print form 6 instead of form 2.
  3. Pay by Zelle or by Check:
    • By Check: Mail completed forms with the check made to Newton Music Academy to: 14 Roland St., Newton, MA 02461 *The mailing address is different from your class location  Do not leave your registration at the school. We do not monitor the mailbox at Wexford location.
    • By Zelle: send payment to nma@newtonmusicacademy.com and email us to confirm the receipt.

Winter & Spring Session Registration:

  1. Print forms 2  from our website. ** To use Payment plan option print form 6 instead of form 2.
  2. Send completed forms and the payment to: 14 Roland St., Newton, MA 02461 (***The mailing address is different from your class location ) or drop it off in the mailbox at the school.

       Summer Session Registration:

  1. Email your teacher to discuss the dates and times of your summer lessons.

How to Change Current Spot for Next Session:

We will not know our new openings until the priority registration deadline. If you would like to hold your current spot as a back-up, please submit your payment before the deadline. Email us your preferred spots for next session and we will contact you if one opens up. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please only pay for your current spot if you can keep it. It is non-refundable.

If you cannot hold your current spot as a back-up: do not pay and email us your preferred spots for next session. We will contact you if one opens up and offer your current spot to others.
